** PLEASE NOTE: Your membership gives you access to our entire library content which is NOT suitable during pregnancy. Go to the SPECIFIC collection labelled Ante-natal Pilates course. 

**WARNINGS: We advise all ante-natal clients to get clearance from their midwife (LMC) or GP prior to commencing any physical exercise. There are many circumstances in which you should not exercise in pregnancy, discuss these with your GP. If you notice any changes in your condition while exercising stop and seek medical attention.

 We take no responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur while following these videos. By signing the waiver prior to beginning the classes you are acknowledging we are not acting as physiotherapists in these videos and you are acting on your own.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your membership will renew every 4 weeks UNTIL CANCELLED. You must contact us directly to cancel your membership. Please allow at least 24 hrs notice to cancel your membership as this system is not automated. 

In the classes we use equipment such as the thera-band, stability ball, Large exercise (swiss) ball, Support wedge, mat and head blocks.

See our hire rates below: $10 per week of hire, $10 per week/part week wedge is overdue return date. Full terms and conditions and hire documentation when your email of interest is received. (Pick up preferred, courier at your expense)

24weeks hire $240 + $50 bond =$290

16weeks hire $160 + $50 bond =$210

8weeks hire $80 +$50 bond =$130

Other equipment can be purchased through our online shop, in the clinic or use a substitute such as a towel for head support.
