Form Fundamental Flow is a class aimed at introducing you the Pilates Principles. This class is for those new to Pilates and experienced who want to experience the benefits of improved posture, flexibility, core control, coordination, balance, relaxation and whole body strength and movement.
Great for all levels, Pace - Moderate to fast flow, efficient transitions and spring changes. Best for clients who have developed more awareness of control and neutral spine.
